All purchases made through AveraKnots are final. Refunds or exchanges are not provided for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

 

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted in limited cases where the item arrives damaged or defective. If this occurs, contact support within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue. Each case will be reviewed and instructions will be provided if approved.

 

 

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Normal wear or damage after delivery
  • Items lost or delayed by the shipping carrier

 

 

How to Submit a Return Request

If your purse arrives damaged or defective, contact support with your order number and clear photos of the item. If approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all included materials.

 

 

Processing Returns

Returned items are inspected upon arrival to confirm eligibility. Approved returns are processed within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs for approved returns may be covered depending on the situation.
